ACEs of Montana

Scholarships available by application for students in grades Pre-Kindergarten through 5th grade. Application deadline for the 2026-2027 school year is April 15, 2026. Applications open the 1st Monday in February. 

     Good Faith Deposit

    * $500 deposit to Conrad Christian School is due by May 1st in order to signify commitment in enrolling. This deposit will be applied to tuition. If applicant is not awarded and families choose to not enroll for the school year, the deposit will be refunded. If applicant is awarded and families choose to not enroll, the deposit will not be refunded.

Important Notes: 

• Applicants may begin the application, save, and log back in later to complete their application prior to the 11:59 pm deadline on April 15th. Applications cannot be submitted, edited, or started after the April 15th deadline.

• Returning awarded families do not need to upload documents to verify income, residency, or identity. However, they must use their prior year email address (from their 25-26 application) to be recognized and prioritized as returning students. If you are asked to upload documents, contact ACE support before continuing the application.

• ACE will prioritize awards for returning students. They encourage any family who is qualified and interested in a scholarship to apply. ACE will accomodate as many additional awards as funds allow. 

• Changes for 2026-2027:

  • New applicants will be required to upload identity documents for the applicant and each student listed on the application.

  • New families must upload all documents before submitting their application. Once submitted, additional documents cannot be uploaded unless ACE deems the application is incomplete and requests additional documentation.

  • When new applicants complete the application, they will have the option to upload their 2025 or 2024 income documents. ACE encourages all new applicants to upload their 2025 income documents. ACE's awarding process will first prioritze returning awarded students, then those who uploaded 2025 documents on a needs basis, followed by those who uploaded 2024 documents on a needs basis. Uploading 2025 income documents ensures families have the best chance of being awarded. 

  • Their is an application fee per family to apply to ACE. It is $10 for returning families and $25 for new families (paid to ACE during application process)
